Amplify Hancock

Our Simplified Process

For Amplify Hancock

01 Challenge

Hancock County faced a growing need for a centralized, modern facility to support workforce development and educational advancement. Existing programs were fragmented across multiple school corporations, limiting collaboration and access to comprehensive career training. Additionally, local employers and adult learners lacked a dedicated space for skill-building and continuing education, creating a gap in the county’s ability to meet evolving workforce demands.

02 Solution

Amplify Hancock was conceived as a transformative response to these challenges. Scheduled to open in July 2026 in Greenfield, Amplify Hancock will serve as a centralized hub for career training, education, and workforce development. The project brings together Hancock County’s four school corporations under the Hancock County Career Center (HC3), integrating high school workforce training programs. Ivy Tech Community College will also provide career education opportunities for students, while adult learners will benefit from enrichment courses and credential pathways. Employers will have a direct presence, offering training to equip their workforce with essential skills.

03 Results

Once completed, Amplify Hancock will redefine how Hancock County prepares its students and workforce for the future. The facility will foster collaboration among educational institutions, employers, and community partners, creating a dynamic ecosystem of learning and opportunity. The result will be a state-of-the-art resource that empowers students, adults, and employers alike—strengthening the county’s economic resilience and educational excellence for years to come.
