01 Challenge
The Town of Avon partnered with Veridus Advisors to develop a solution to the aging facility that housed both Town and School employees. The project required aligning bonding schedules with the major milestones of construction.
02 Solution
Veridus Advisors worked with the Town of Avon to determine a new build which co-located the school administration and town staff was the best solution to the aging, crowded building. A visioning session was held to determine design goals for the new building, as well as ensuring the space met not only the needs for the School Administration and Town Staff, but the community as a whole.
03 Results
The Avon Civic Center is a 54,000-square-foot facility with anticipated completion in late 2026. The new construction allows for the housing of multiple Avon Programs in one complex.
