Cedar Lake Municipal Complex

Our Simplified Process

For Cedar Lake Municipal Complex

01 Challenge

As the Town of Cedar Lake continued to grow, its existing public safety infrastructure struggled to keep pace with increasing demands. Police, fire, and EMS operations were operating out of outdated and insufficient facilities, which hindered response times and limited operational efficiency. The lack of centralized resources and modern infrastructure posed challenges to delivering timely and effective emergency services to the community.

02 Solution

To address these challenges, Cedar Lake initiated the development of a new public safety campus designed to support its expanding emergency services. The 20,400-square-foot facility broke ground in April 2023. The campus will house both police and fire personnel, featuring four apparatus bays, shared operational spaces, and modern infrastructure tailored to the needs of a growing population. The project also includes critical infrastructure upgrades, such as improved road access and enhancements to the town’s water system.

03 Results

Upon completion, the Cedar Lake Public Safety Campus will significantly enhance the town’s emergency response capabilities and operational efficiency. The centralized facility will foster better coordination among first responders, reduce response times, and provide a future-ready environment for public safety services. The project represents a major investment in the safety and well-being of Cedar Lake residents. It marks a pivotal step forward in ensuring that the town’s emergency services are equipped to serve the community effectively for decades to come.
