Communities ServedTake Control of Your Project
As a community or organizational leader looking to take the next step on a dream project, you may be wondering where to start. Infrastructure projects are large and complex–how can you ensure your project is feasible, efficient, and on-track? That’s where Veridus Advisors steps in.
How Veridus Advisors Came to Be
A message from the president:
After nearly two decades in the real estate development and construction industry, I recognized that project owners were often the most underutilized and underserved stakeholders in the process. To address this gap, I founded Veridus Advisors in 2011, providing Owner's Technical Representative services to ensure owners had a knowledgeable advocate throughout their projects.
As the Veridus Group expanded to include civil/site engineering and community and economic development services, we remained committed to our core mission - to build better communities through great projects. In 2025, to better define our specialized services, each distinct service was given its own identity, with the Owners Technical Representation department becoming Veridus Advisors.
For the last 13 years, our Owner's Technical Representation team has partnered with municipalities across Indiana and the Midwest, leveraging our extensive public-sector experience provides a strategic perspective that enhances project execution.
No matter the size of your community or business, Veridus Advisors is here to guide you through the challenges of your project and ensure its success. My team and I look forward to the opportunity to connect and help bring your vision to life.
