The City of Lawrenceburg and the Lawrenceburg Redevelopment Commission sought to develop a $55 million, 250,000 square-foot event center and hotel along the Ohio River to enhance the city’s urban core and reinforce its historical character.
02 Solution

By working closely with Messer Construction and American Structurepoint, Veridus Advisors facilitated clear communication and effective teamwork, addressing issues as they arose. Their proactive approach led to negotiating $3.5 million in savings from change orders and design modifications.
03 Results
The Lawrenceburg Event Center and DoubleTree Hotel were successfully completed within three years, featuring a performance space, ballroom, meeting rooms, restaurant and bar, and a 168-room hotel with scenic Ohio River views. Veridus Advisors’ involvement not only saved the City millions of dollars, but also ensured a project delivered on time and in alignment with its vision.
